WASHINGTON – Congressman Connie Mack (FL-14) was shocked to hear that White House officials are ignoring the Constitution and are refusing to even consider whether imposing mandates on individuals to purchase health insurance is constitutional. And now we’re seeing the Administration and the Democrats in Congress move to allow the government to make your health care decisions for you.

“The American people won’t be fooled by the Democrats’ new tricks and their attempts to conceal the fact that this is a government-run health care system. They want free-market solutions that keep taxes low, spending in check, and bureaucrats out of the doctor’s office.”
